Ingredients Needed:

- zucchini - carrots - almond flour - ground cinnamon - salt - baking soda - nutmeg - cardamom - eggs - honey - orange juice - olive oil - vanilla extract

Shred the carrots and zucchini. 

Squeeze the liquid out of the zucchini. 

Whisk the dry and wet ingredients in separate bowls. 

Pour and stir. 

The batter will be thick. 

Stir in the carrots and zucchini. 

Evenly divide the batter among the muffin cups. 

Bake until golden and puffy.
